Integrated Dental Sinks & Basins
A conventional sink sits in a cutout in your worktop. The rim gap between sink and surface – however small – is the single most common contamination trap in any clinical environment. It cannot be wiped clean. It cannot be disinfected reliably. Over time, it fails.
An integrated LG Hi-Macs sink solves this by design. The bowl is bonded directly to the underside of the worktop with no rim, no gap, and no join. The result is a continuous, non-porous surface from worktop through to sink – fabricated from the same material throughout.
We supply integrated sinks and wash-hand basins for dental surgery worktops and decontamination rooms across England. Whether you are fitting out a new treatment room, refurbishing a decontamination suite to HTM 01-05 requirements, or replacing an ageing worktop and sink combination, we template and fabricate everything on site to the exact dimensions of your space.
Every sink is made to order. There are no standard sizes, no catalogue bowl profiles, and no compromise on position or configuration. If your surgery layout requires a left-handed drainer with a single bowl at a non-standard depth, that is what we build.

Dental Surgery Sinks
For dental treatment rooms, we fabricate integrated sinks to fit your exact worktop layout — left or right-handed, single or double bowl, with drainer runs as required. The sink position, depth, and bowl profile are specified at the templating stage and built into the worktop as a single unit.
Sinks are fabricated in white solid surface as standard. White is the most clinically appropriate finish for a sink bowl — it is the easiest surface to inspect for cleanliness, and it is the colour most commonly specified for dental sinks regardless of the worktop around them. A white sink set into a grey, stone, or warm-toned worktop is standard practice in dental fit-outs, not a compromise.
If you are specifying a white worktop, the result is a fully continuous uniform surface. If you are specifying a coloured or toned worktop, the contrast between worktop and sink is clean and intentional. Either way, there are no exposed edges, no rim gaps, and no grout lines.

Dental Decontamination Room Sinks
HTM 01-05 requires separate sink provision for instrument washing and rinsing in the dirty zone, and specifies that these sinks must not be used for hand-washing. A separate wash-hand basin must be provided for staff use, and it must be distinctly separate from the instrument sinks.
We fabricate decontamination room sinks and hand-wash basins as integrated elements of your worktop layout, correctly positioned for dirty and clean zone workflows. If you have a two-sink requirement for washing and rinsing, we design this into the worktop from the outset.
Decontamination room sinks are fabricated in white solid surface as standard. This is consistent with HTM 01-05 guidance on surface inspection and clinical hygiene, and ensures the sink bowl remains easy to assess visually at each stage of the decontamination process. White sinks integrate cleanly with any worktop colour in our range.
